Our Policies

Last updated: January 2026

These terms govern your use of Medikhata. Please read them carefully — they include an important medical disclaimer and explain your rights and responsibilities as a user.

01Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using the Medikhata app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to every user of the service.

02Use of the App

Medikhata is provided for your personal health-record management. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • Provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account and entering health data.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Do not share your login credentials with others or let others use your account.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, other users’ data, or our systems.

03Medical Disclaimer

Medikhata is not a substitute for professional medical care

Medikhata is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is an information-management tool only. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Health Scores, parameter analysis and recommendations are informational and should never be used as the sole basis for a health decision. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in the app. See our full Medical Disclaimer for more detail.

04Data and Privacy

We store your health data securely using end-to-end encryption, and we never sell or share it without your explicit consent. Our handling of your information is described fully in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the app you consent to that processing.

05User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device and account secure.

  • Ensure the health data and reports you enter or upload are accurate and belong to you.
  • Keep your own backups of important records where appropriate.
  • Maintain the security of the device you use to access Medikhata.
  • Keep the app updated to the latest version for the best security and reliability.
  • Understand that incorrect or incomplete entries may lead to inaccurate insights or scores.

06Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics and software that make up Medikhata are owned by Medikhata or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written permission. Your own health data remains yours.

07Limitation of Liability

Medikhata is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medikhata and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or the information it provides.

08Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the service or the law. When we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by other reasonable means and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Medikhata after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Medikhata, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual-property rights and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.
